Chef – Owner behind the concept Ivan Roianov is well known on Bellarine Peninsula for his work at Terindah Estate Winery and Lago Restaurant at Lonsdale Links. Commencing his culinary journey at 16 in Ukraine, Ivan continued polishing his skills through further study in Italy, cooking in some of the finest European restaurants, and a stint in one of the largest 5 stars hotel in Dubai, before landing in the Geelong region.
